ABOUT ME
I’m Amrishan (George Kallivretakis BDS, MSc), and I help healthcare professionals—especially dentists—recover from burnout and rediscover why they fell in love with their profession in the first place.
After 20+ years in clinical dentistry across the UK and Greece, I experienced severe burnout in 2013. That crisis became my catalyst. I walked away from the operatory chair and embarked on a seven-year transformational journey—studying spiritual practices, becoming an ICF-certified coach (ACC), and training in NLP, somatic work, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Today, I combine my clinical credibility with nature-based coaching methods on Orcas Island, Washington. I understand the unique pressures healthcare professionals face because I’ve lived them: the perfectionism, the compassion fatigue, the feeling that you’re failing despite doing everything “right.”
My approach integrates evidence-based coaching techniques with the restorative power of nature. I help clients move from exhaustion to alignment, from efforting to flow, and from surviving to thriving—without abandoning their profession. Check out my services to see the scope of my offerings.
True transformation comes from within. My role is to guide you back to your inner wisdom, helping you reshape limiting beliefs and reconnect with the purpose that originally drew you to healthcare.
I work fluidly, adapting to what you need in each moment. Sometimes you need strategic coaching around specific decisions. Sometimes you need mentoring through unfamiliar territory. Sometimes you need witnessed space to finally acknowledge truths you’ve been avoiding.
I draw from evidence-based approaches—mindfulness practices for mental clarity, somatic techniques for accessing body wisdom, cognitive strategies for questioning limiting beliefs, and nature immersion for perspective and nervous system regulation. Everything is tailored to your reality and your path forward.
This work welcomes all possibilities: staying and thriving, pivoting within healthcare, or courageously transitioning to something entirely new. The goal isn’t a predetermined destination—it’s authentic alignment with who you’re becoming.
